Tier 1 hospitals are selected from the Significa Traditional PPO / Vantage network. The Vantage logo will show on the front of the insurance ID card. The highest level of benefits are received by seeking treatment at one of the following Tier 1 hospitals in Northwestern Pennsylvania:
