If you are new to the site you will be prompted through a series of simple steps. If you have already registered for MyHealth, simply type in your Username and Password in the sign in box on the top right of the page. Once registered, simply sign on using your Username and Password.

Step 2: Set up your personal dashboard.

Enter your personal information to customize your dashboard page. This will allow you to create your own health record, access personalized self-guidance tools and track your goals online.

Step 3: Complete your personal health assessment.

Once on your dashboard page, please be sure to take the time to fill out the health assessment. It’s easy to follow, is completely confidential and enables us to populate your site with tools and information that meet your personal health needs.

Step 4: Take advantage of all the health and wellness tools.
