Lifestyle Management Program Helps You Manage Your Health

The best way to avoid getting sick is to take a proactive role in your health by practicing healthy habits such as:
  • Eating healthy meals
  • Exercising regularly as appropriate for your health*
  • Getting annual checkups with your doctor
  • Receiving preventive screenings as recommended, such as mammograms, an annual flu shot, colorectal cancer screenings, etc.
  • Understanding your family’s health history so you know what your risks might include

To get started, visit MyHealth to take a confidential Health Assessment which will give you a better picture of your general health and identify any personal risks you may have for future problems. Based on this, you will be able to take advantage of a wide range of personalized wellness and education tools that will make it easier for you to make the right choices and improve your well-being.
